Frank studied Law at Newcastle University. After graduating he completed his training as a solicitor in London where he worked for several years. He joined Macks as a partner in 1996.
Frank specialises in complex brain and spinal injury claims and is a solicitor member of Headway, the brain injury charity. Frank has settled many million pound plus claims on behalf of clients.
In one cycle claim, Frank recovered a sum in the region of three million pounds for a cyclist who had been knocked off his racing bike by a car turning right into his path. During this claim, Frank successfully dealt with issues raised because our client was not wearing a cycle helmet at the time of the accident. Despite this and the fact that the driver was uninsured, Frank secured one hundred percent of the compensation from the Motor Insurance Bureau.
